1. Purpose of the website
litosousa.com is an independent, non-profit tribute, research and historical-preservation project. Its content is informational and documentary in nature.
2. Sources, accuracy and corrections
The project seeks to use identifiable sources and provide references throughout the archive. Historical information may be corrected or expanded as new reliable sources become available. If you find an error, use the contact form.
3. Content and third-party rights
Names, brands, photographs, videos, logos, excerpts and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective holders. Their presence in the archive does not transfer ownership to the project or imply official affiliation.

4. Visitor-submitted content
By submitting a tribute to the Legacy Wall, the visitor declares that they are allowed to share it and authorizes its public display within the archive if approved by moderation. Publication is neither automatic nor guaranteed.
The visitor remains responsible for the content submitted and must not share sensitive data, private third-party information, illegal material, or content that violates others' rights.
5. Proper use
The website may not be used for abuse, fraud, intrusion attempts, improper automated submissions, unauthorized data collection, harassment, threats, or any illegal activity.
6. External links
The archive links to news outlets, videos, social networks, institutions, support platforms, and other external services. The project does not control the availability, content, or practices of those sites.
7. Supporting the project
Contributions made through the “Support” area are voluntary and do not grant exclusive access, ownership, participation, or editorial control over the archive. Payments are processed by the external platform indicated on the page.
8. Availability and changes
The project may change, reorganize, correct, or remove content and features when necessary for maintenance, security, editorial quality, or applicable obligations.
